Catering Guidelines

Guest Services is happy to present this sample menu for use in planning your business related parties and functions. Though you can use these menus to plan a number of food related meetings and gatherings, we are readily available to assist you in any special planning that you might need help with. Special requests are our specialty. Small or large, basic or extravagant, we are here to fulfill your catering needs.

A minimum of three (3) business days notice is required, to complete your event.

Cancellations and adjustments: For groups of 10-20 people 24 hours notice required ; For 25-49 people 36 hour notice required ; Groups of 50 or more 72 hour notice is required.

Any cancellations made the day of the event are subject to full payment.

For Any Offiste Deliveries Please allow an additional 10- 15 mins due to traffic/ weather

Professional wait staff can be provided at $45.00 per hour (minimum of 4 hours) with three days notice.

Guest Services Inc can provide special equipment, linens and flowers at an additional charge.

Tailor made menus are also provided.

Guest Services catering operating hours are Monday thru Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. Special arrangements can be made for after hours and weekend events.
